1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by SNEBTAF TECH SOLUTION LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media management, advertising, influencer marketing, and branding. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.
Project work begins upon receipt of the initial deposit

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to necessary assets (e.g., logos, menus, brand guidelines, social accounts etc) and approve content within agreed timelines to avoid delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by SNEBTAF TECH SOLUTION LIMITED remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All shared materials and business information will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still apply.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. While we strive for results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
